Gracilaria is a genus of red algae and normally used for making jelly. In Japan, Gracilaria is used as food, which is called ogonori or ogo. In the month of August, delight in sumptuous delicacies featuring Gracilaria Seaweed Sunomon, salad, soup, miso and Gracilaria Seaweed Yaki Udon.
