The chefs source locally-grown fruits, vegetables and produce, some from our own organic gardens. Freshly-caught seafood is delivered daily, direct from local fishermen’s boats. They also supply the local fish market – our resort restaurants raise the bar for Jimbaran Bay seafood dinners.
KO Restaurant
KO Restaurant is known as one of the island’s renowned Japanese restaurants. This stylish dining venue appeals to the eyes with a subtle infusion of Balinese and Japanese design aesthetics spread across its various dining sections, including Teppanyaki, Sushi Bar and Lounge as well as a private Tatami section. KO dining offers impressive authentic Japanese cuisine in both Teppanyaki style and à la minute by Chef Mitsuaki Senoo and his excellent culinary team.
